He did a temporary repair to allow me to use the windows...but then hunted around for spare parts, which unfortunately due to the age of my window units the parts are no longer available. So he managed to get some new updated mechanism, and with a few alterations fitted them and both my tilt and open windows work perfect! Jim did a great job, and I would say it wasn't the easiest jobs, but he worked on the windows until they were 100% he is a perfectionist. Also very friendly and professional.
