With over 30 years in the windows & doors trade, Jim certainly knows his craft. He identified and remedied a manufacturing defect with drainage within my main lounge window, which had persistent leaks onto the window sill, on the first visit and also had another leaking unit in the kitchen replaced within 24hrs. Excellent customer service delivered at a more than reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Replaced our Smashed window. Repair matches other windows and was done when he said it would be.

Jim came and done a great job. 3 windows wouldn't close. Fixed in no time. And a third of the price i was quoted from another well known company. Would highly recommend for price, quality and professionalism. Brilliant!!

Jim was great when he came out. We had an old pvc window that refused to open. Jim arrived when he said he would, friendly, showed expertise and at a good price. Window now opens. Much appreciated, thank you.

First class friendly reliable and professional service from start to finish. Jim was responsive right from the start and very good value for money. Jim is an expert in his field and would have no hesitation in using him again in the future.
